Most of you know I am a bit of a clean freak. Well, I have a selection of brooms, brushes, sponge mops and squeegees at my disposal for keeping the floor of my garage clean. But short of vacuuming I am never happy with the results. Now with the fall leaves endlessly blowing in, it was getting frustrating sweeping up all the dirt with the brushes.
I purchased a 36" commercial dust mop at a local janitorial supply. Man does this baby pick up the dirt. And fast! It takes just one swipe from one end of the garage to the other. Leaves behind no residue and shakes out easily. It's very heavy duty and well made. Cost about $20. You can choose from many different size handles and mop heads to suit your situation.
