Whoops! Too late. But dessert was Georgia Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream. Yummy.

I can`t post any pics, because I`m too full and can`t get off my couch...

I`m trying to decide wether or not to eat another plate. If I didn`t work tomorrow - this would be a no brainer... Maybe in an hour...

My mom made TG dinner and I have the leftovers:

Turkey
Stuffing
Gravy
Cranberry sauce
Sweet potatoes
Green been casserole
Blueberry pie

All stuff made from scratch... No microwaved or pre-made stuff...

I smoked a turkey and a couple of Swineapples (country-style pork ribs, stuffed into a pineapple and wrapped in bacon).

Ronk, looks delicious! I`m coming to your house next year! I spatchcocked my turkey this year. Sounds really fowl, doesn`t it? :lol: I backed two pies but my pie dough did not come out well. They tasted good but were not pretty!

I usually eat whatever leftovers my lady brings me from her family`s home , but this year I got food nostalgia and made my own Thanksgiving Meal same as I had it while growing up.

Pork Shoulder marinated for 2 days , green banana salad(guineos en escabeche), macaroni salad and Yellow rice with kidney beans. Had a small store bought Pecan Pie for dessert and today I snatched a larger pumpkin pie with a can of whipped cream and ice cream to eat with leftovers.
