1 Clean WS6

Detailing Rottweiler
Hey all!!

I was inspired by Sean's (GSRStilez) recent thread here: http://autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=50643&perpage=12&pagenumber=1 ...I thought I'd start another one.

We haven't had a good "product collection" thread in a while so let's see those credit card account destroying...wife thinks your nuts...I need every one of those products photo's!!

UPDATE 6/26/07 80K+ views...holy crap!!

Here are a few updated shots of both the "collection" and Lola...

Very impressive, Mike! Looks like a spic-and-span garage, too.

I see the Zaino hiding over there by the Dawn ;) :D

That's mean.

There should be a warning in the title that says: "NES". (Not Ego Safe).

Hehe, very nice.

I like that you kept the window sticker on the wall. Bragging rights for when the neighbors drop by :D

Hi 1 Clean WS6...

Now that is what you call the mother load. I started to drool looking at your collection. It is impressive indeed. You sure do have a lot of PC pads just like everything else. :D

:xyxthumbs

With Aloha,

Ranney :)

:D Actually that is the window sticker from the very first Pontiac I ever owned...a 1991 Formula hardtop with a 5-spd and 5.0L TPI motor. The car is long gone but I kept the sticker for the memories...

That's impressive Mike, but I can tie you in MF towels probably. ;)

I am getting a digital camera to use in a couple of days so I will take some pics soon. :)

1 Clean WS6,

LOL, how many jars of Souveran do I see? I count 3 jars and 6 boxes that presumably have jars in them... that's enough for several lifetimes!

I haven't changed much since the last one; I have about the same total as you, but fewer multiples of the same products.

Question: when you use up, say, a bottle of NXT, do you go out and get another so you always have two, or do you wait until the second bottle is toward empty, and then get two?

I will buy a new one right away, so that I always have two.

Same thing I wanna ask. :D

Hey Tom

You see 3 jars (two in boxes) of Souveran (bought two on the deal that was going during the holidays) and 5 jars (4 in boxes) of Paste Glaz (buy one get one free deal on a wax I love that has been discontinued). I do this all day every day for a living so you would be surprised how fast I go through some of the products. If it were just for my personal vehicles it would indeed be enough for several lifetimes. :D

"I will buy a new one right away, so that I always have two."

That is EXACTLY what I do. The duplicates on the shelves will usually be full and the one in my detail trailer will be in use. As I use up the one in the trailer I will replace with a bottle from the shelf supply and buy a new one to place back "in stock" on the shelf.

C'mon guys...I know I am not the only one this crazy...POST SOME PICS!!!

Not much compared to you but considering I really only use these products on my car, it can be considered a sickness. Add 4 bottles of QEW, two new jars of PG, and misc. samples and the pictures are up to date.

hey thanks for the pics,

love that car. but i have to thank you for showing all the products. even though i am just a newbie when it comes to detailing i hav epurchased a lot of things in the last year. i have never told my wife just how much i have spent because it even makes me dizzy when i think of total dollars. BUT.... when i see the items that you have in stock i realize that i have a long way to go.

i got my wife to get up off her chair to come to my computer and view your products. she said that i was not that obscessed in comparison to your stock.

although it took her a while for a come back she finally stated that," it is real obvious that this person has been detailing for a long time. You, on the other hand have only been obcessing for about a year."

Thats what I was talking about Pat...that 3 drawer cart on the very right is what Ive been debating on getting a few of. I was wondering are them drawers deep enough to fit a standard sized 16 or 32 oz bottle standing up? Or is that why you bought the 2 drawer one? Where exactly did you get them both? Thanks!!

Here's mine as @ end Dec 04. I've tidied up since but no updated photos. Now have all my mitts stored in a container on top of my cabinet with a second tool tray for all my brushes etc.

The red tool box in the right hand side cabinet is for my rotary and the PC's stored in another black tool box on the shelf above.

I actually have run out of storage as another 10 MF's have just arrived (drying in the spare room as we speak) so will be getting some more plastic containers tomorrow.

Wow, all i have are a few milk crates full of stuff. Ok, more than a few. But still, got a long ways to go before i catch up :)

Andy, those are awesome cabinets. Do they have doors on them? Kinda looks like they have mesh doors on them or something form that angle. Really cool cabinets though

1 Clean WS6, I think you were a stockboy in your previous life! That is what I call organized. And you rotate stock! I wish I had enough supplies to stock like that. Maybe someday.

TW85 HHI, all that is for your car? Man, I have a long way to go!

Thank you ! I have to show my wife these pics... You saved me ! I look like I am totally restrained next to your extensive collection. And your garage looks good too. I am drooling !

:bow :bow :bow

All hail Mike's garage and setup. That is the nicest setup i've seen!

Pat, I really like your mini cabinet setup. I think thats what I'm going to do in the cellar for my setup, so it's a little more organized.

:up for everyone else's setup. These threads are great :xyxthumbs

seriously....HOLY **** is all I can say.....It really looks great, everything is in order and stacked nicely.....

By the way do you have pics of the wheels on the TA...what kind are they?

They look a little like AR Rebels, but I don't think thats them
