Nice looking car. Boston is a difficult place to have a nice car. :scared Terrible roads, bumper-car parking, vandalism and theft, insurance and excise taxes. Take care.

No BK, this is by South Station. In the parking lot at work actually on the corner of South and Kneeland Sts. right in front of the old Wang bldg which is now where the Highway Dept has housed itself for the Big Dig. I grew up not too far from the Kenmore Sg area though, right out of Centel Sg on Sidney St, that might sound familiar to you.

Central Square in Cambridge? I work at the Medical Dept at MIT for 11 years before moving to Virginia. I know exactly where the picture was taken near South Station and the old Wang Bld. I did some training at the New England Medical Center and ate many times at the Oriental eateries in that area. I love the Dim Sum on Sunday mornings at the Golden Palace. Boston is a great city!!:xyxthumbs

Small world indeed BK,

The Golden Palace is still there and it's a favorite haunt of mine as well as some of my co-workers, it's common to eat there or get take out from there two or three times a week, there and Moon Villa are actually my favorites. New England Medical Center is one of our largest customers in terms of their energy requirements and MIT, I've been trying to get employed there now for two years, that's about the only place I would leave here for. Small world indeed BK, I almost feel like I should send you some Dim Sum to help spark some good memories for you.

Definitely a small world. Moon Villa was once my favorite Chinese food place. If I am not mistaken did they not change to Japanese for a short while?

If you sent me some Dim Sum or Ginger baby clams you would definitely have a friend for life. No one down here knows these dishes. Hopefully my wife and I will make up there sometime this summer. Very busy so plans are still not definite. I love Virginia but I sometimes long for Beantown.

Great sports year for us. Patriots Super Bowl winners in all places New Orleans and maybe the Red Sox in the World Series :nixweiss. Celtics and Bruins also had great seasons.

Now I am really hungry not only for good New England food but also to see the changes Boston is experiencing. :)

You probably wouldn't reckognize some areas, lots of work being done in the Kenmore Sq area as well as how the Big Dig is changing the face of the whole downtown area, that seems to almost change daily. Definitely a good year so far for the home teams up here. It wouldn't be beyond me to try and send you an old time favorite dish but you know how you have to have it fresh and as soon as it's prepared, probably not similar to shipping lobsters on ice but, if you think you might happen up this way drop me a line and let me know. We could hit the Moon for some polynesian belly benders and maybe catch a game:xyxthumbs

lol lol lol lol!!! Golden Palace rules!!! We would always walk there(cuz i didnt want to drive :)) when we wanted some good oriental food. Also, an amazing little thai restaurant out by fenway called rodee's 2, right near the starmarket. Amazing food! I can't forget cibo's in the north end! YUM!!!
