Many of you have emailed me asking where my post is looking for help wanted.

Seems like the powers that be deleted it whithout so much as an email or PM to me.

Goodbye DC you will never see me here again.

Please delete my account as well.
 
While I hadn't been following the thread at all, it's entirly possible that the thread was removed because of the direction the comments were headed. Some of the replies were a little strong and the whole thing was likely to escalate into a real brouha. When the threads reach that point, they sometimes get removed from the open forum until Dwayne or the Fuzz has a chance to look at them and decide how they want to handle the whole thing.
Maybe wait and see what is happening with it.

:bawling: Would you like a tissue to wipe away the tears while I explain the situation? There were some uncalled for posts in the thread and it was removed for review. We don't have time to get every participant in a thread to come to a committee meeting before moving it, so we designated moderators to make judgement calls and do what they feel is right in cases like this. However, if that policy offends you to the core and you don't feel that you can live with that, then nobody is forcing you to stay. I'll take care of getting your account deleted for you. Thanks for your participation. I will say that you are seriously over reacting and this is a stupid thing to leave a place like DC for...
 
To those of you interested... I moved the help wanted thread. As stated by a previous poster in this thread, the direction of the thread was going south. I took the time to drop an email to the starter of the thread to let him know of the move, why, and what was the next action for reposting of the thread (at least I thought I mentioned the last thing).

As for rules... I didn't see a clear violation of forum rules but some of the replies made me wonder. I pulled the thread due to the direction and for clarification of the forum rules with regards to advertising for help.

I will try to do a better job and use the PM function rather than email. Please make sure your email address is up to date in the user cp to ensure you will receive email communication from the moderators and members of this forum. Thanks
