My previous hobby...

This pic was taken in 2000 when I was competing in the WNBF World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. I still train about 6 days a week, but I do not see myself competing again anytime soon. I am much happier detailing cars !!!

onthespot... I wish it were temporary! It took four hours, and the inside of the arm near the armpit was a bit tender !!!

Clean Dean i know why you started detailing.
dewalt rotary weight 8-10 pounds. 10 cars a week -- thats more work out for your muscle then in the gym. + people pay for that.
Man that is awesome.

Heres our 2 golden retrivers. The one on the left is about a yr and a half old (toby) and the one on the right is the older one and he is 10 (collin). They both love to swim. Its a brisk 30 today so itll be a few more months before the pool is open but they are ready

Local Grocery Store couldn't beat the price $6.50 for 1.3 U.S gals. or (5liters) about 13 /14 12oz beers. Wait I only had 1 beer as far as my wife knows. I wash them out and refill them with Home Brew.
