No you don't need to order it! You can pick one up at your local lowes.

there is plenty of info in there that should help you out ....
water etching can be very dificult to remove depending on how bad it is! Chances are that you won't be able to remove everything with Just a PC(porter cable 7424) you may need to go to a rotary buffer which is most likely left for the true pros!
If you can post up some pictures and the crew here can most likely give you a plan of attack!
Ususally water etching requires a much more abrasive product like Meguiars # 83 DACP or out of the poorboys line up SSR 2.5 or even SSR 3 ...
Once again I would post the pics let the guys here give you some direction as to how to attack it!
