Porsche 996 Aero

Glad you're having fun with her! It's one hell of a car to drive and to find the limits of it.

Funny, same combo used for my previous car Lexus SC430 also in red.

If you like the wax, save the $$ and try Poorboys Natty wax, I did a side-by-side with many people in the trade and it was tuff to tell apart.

I'll bet if I put on some of the Zymol waxes, things change a bit more dramaticly. But not enough to spend what they want for it. I have numerous Zymol waxes, but only used for customers that do shows, or store the car. Day to day drivers are a whole different issue.

As you can tell, I'm also a Aero fan! It just makes the car!

Love the 996. We're about to do our second P-car in vinyl graphics for the NASA GTS circuit. :)

Ha...my thread came back from the dead!

I actually did a light polish with 85RD and then did 2 coats of DoDo Juice supernatural last weekend. I'll post some pictures up when I get a minute this week!

Very nice car, you do not see many Porsches anymore in guards red. It looks like alot of camber in your set up with that 30mm + drop, bet you had fun at the track and if you did there is no evidence now the car is sano!!.

Thank you Bob. You're correct on the camber I run -3.2 front and -2.7 rear when I'm running Hoosiers. Ride height is set 10mm lower than factory GT3 height which equates to about 50mm lower than the standard US 996 cars. I can get away with that thanks to bump steer correction and 1000 lb/in springs in the rear.
