i ordered some pro polish , the shipping was delayed and the weather turned cold but not freezing, after sitting inside for about a week i noticed about 2oz of clear amber color liquid on the top is this seperation due to being in a cold delivery truck or is this normal

I have a bottle in my kitchen right now with what sounds like that same liquid on top. It works just fine. I will be using it later today to polish the washer and dryer.;)

that happened to me with the pro polish as well. i think its just normal seperation from sitting there.. just shake it up, and you'll be good to go..

thanks for the replys , i feel bad that i flipped out on the fed ex girl iwas like if this stuff freezes it aint worth a **** and blaa blaa, that will teach me to order wax online when the temps start to drop, but on thursday its going to be 45-50 so i can try it out before the rochester winter hits high gear

that's the way it's supposed to be....the seperation is solvents not oil .....polishing powders are heavier than solvents and the powders go to the bottom and solvents to the top;) be sure to shake well and that's why we changed all our products to clear bottles, so you know when to shake:)

I stand corrected...actually I'm glad to know that Pro Polish doesn't contain oils...I'll feel more comfortable using it on glass.
