This is a Trailblazer SS that I recently acquired. There was a bit of rust particle embedded in the paint around the "SS" badge. I imagine it's from the brakes, seeing how the original owner wasn't really passionate about detailing his vehicle. :hmmm:

I thought I would just show a few pics of what I did short of removing the emblem to correct the problem.

First the truck needed cleaned but thought this would be a good time to show and small sample of Spray & Wipe Waterless Wash in action.

After a does of S&W she's ready to go....

What I did hear was take the eraser end of a pencil and cotton towel (for bite) and Pro Polish II to literally erase the rust particles away.

Thanks for posting. Around emblems can be tricky to get cleaned up. Looks like you got all of it too
 
Love that car and Great job Tyler that is an excellent tip for a soft but ridged even pressure system.
 
Hmm, now I have a use for those couple boxes of pencils that I no longer use (for their intended purpose).
