Poorboy's Pro Polish v AIO

laefd

Process over products.
Have used AIO as my base for everything but recently bought some PPP to try out. How does PPP compare to AIO? Thinking of trying PPP as my base for UPP - comments? Love the look of AIO/UPP - what can I expect with PPP as a base as far as bonding/durability?

Any comments greatly appreciated - I LOVE THIS BOARD!

I use only AIO and hella nice and eazy glide off. I have no exp with Poorboy world polish.
AIO w/UPP make alot of pop :)

I think its all a matter of what you prefer. I prefer to use the Klasse AIO.. it leaves a beautiful shine, especially after a coat of the Klasse SG!

Bonding and durability would not be a problem for UPP over ProPolish. As for looks do a side by and make decision on which appeance you like best.

For durability test, I use separate squares of tile on my shower wall. I apply whatever and see how they hold up over time. Sounds funny but it works. You at least get to see it bead first thing in the morning.....the girlfriend is always wondering why there are 3-4 tiles on the wall that nothing sticks to...haha. I love experiments....it's a good thing we're not into explosives...lol.

Good idea on using the polishes on the shower tiles! Thats really a side-by-side comparison in a tough environment!

Keep in mind that Pro Polish does not leave behind anything where as AIO does. Pro polish is not easy to use or get the hang of. A little goes a looooooooooooong way and you really have to use it to know what 'a little' is. PB's Polish with Carnuba is more like AIO - as well as SSR 1 would be easier to use and leave a much glossier finish (IMHO).
