Well after my disappointment with Poorboys EX-P I was leery about Nattys Wax. Could it live up to the s100 I had been using previously? Well boy did it, and then some.
I have never used a carnauba that has produced such an amazingly wet surface. It also left the surface very silky, like a Victories Secret nighty. The Maxima looks as though it is bathed in olive oil, extra virgin of course
The surface was prepped last week and has a coat of vanilla moose, Poorboys EX-P, Klasse SG, and now the Nattys. I have no way of judging what it would be like on its own or just topping Klasse SG. I did not want to remove everything and start over, at least not until mid-October when I have my now annual 5 - 10 layers of Klasse SG over 2 weeks to prep for winter.
But just off the first impressions Nattys is a winner. It applies amazingly easy, smells great and after letting it haze about 15 mins it wiped off very easy. I did notice a few areas that I had to go over twice because it was so dang wet I thought I missed some. I did apply it very heavy to the front quarter panel to see what it would be like to remove if someone where to over apply, and even then it came off with ease. No dust occurred either which was very nice.
The only thing I would discourage is trying to remove it with one of the really good gray finishing cloths that David sells that he just discontinued. It just did not want to come off with that towel, it seems as though it could not grab the residue. I grabbed a Tom G. micro fiber and it came off with ease.
I can’t want to see what it will look like tomorrow or the next day as the wax settles even more. No pics because it was too dark and the labs were harassing me to go for a walk.
Pick up a can I don’t think that you will be disappointed.
