Poorboy's must be my favorite detailing line

because I always reach for them even though I have plenty of other products. Today I did a Supersuds,SSR1,VM,EX-P+ on my daughter's car. Along with Spray and Rinse Wheel Cleaner. I guess the reason I find myself reaching for Poorboy's most of the time is because they WORK,EASY APPLICATION,EASY REMOVAL and the FINAL RESULTS. My daughter has a silver car with gold metalflake. The Spray And Rinse Wheel Cleaner took off all the brakedust without backbreaking scrubbing. Apply the cleaner let it stand for a few seconds then rinse with a hose. The small amount of dirt that was left came right off with a terrycloth. Once I was finished wiping off the EX-P+ her car sparkled radiantly. The SSR1 took off alot of dirt as my yellow applicator turned gray. I used two applicators for the SSR1. While applying the VM I periodically checked the applicator for dirt. Although the yellow pad was not comletely bright yellow the dinge of gray was minute. Next came the EX-P+. As I applied this sealant with a Poorboy's superapplicator I again checked for discoloration on the sponge. There was none. Satisfied that the car was clean and entirely covered in EX-P+ I set out to do the windows. I used some window cleaner that I got from work so I won't go into detail about that product. After an hour or so(an hour+) I went back to the car to remove the sealant. The sealant came off very easy and left the flake doing the bling thing while sitting in the sun. There are other products that I do like as well but not as many from an entire line. I almost forgot, two more reasons why I like Poorboy's. THE BOTTLES DON'T BREAK WHEN YOU DROP THEM and THEY DON'T STAIN TRIM(this is a biggie in my book).

Rick,

If you think you like Steve's stuff now, you should get a PC..... that stuff will really come to life! :bigups

Dave I haven't decided if I really want to go that route or not. My cars are driven everyday and no matter how well I try to take care of them they always get a ding or something. Right now I'm satisfied just doing what I'm doing. You can be sure of one thing though. If I do decide to get a pc you'll be pestered by yours truely.

To bad my bottle of EX just broke on the bottom :(
It is one of the old black bottles :nono

Hey wife I'm sorry to hear that. I dropped the SSR1 twice and the bottle didn't break.

Although PB stuff comes in great bottles, I always take my products and put into those mustard & ketchup type squeeze bottles ( I can't remember the official name)

They don't break and I think that coming down the side of the car with a PC, its allot easier to squeeze out a small amount. IMO
