Process:

Washed with Super Slick and Suds
SSR 2.5 with white VC pad, via pc at speed 6 x 2
SSR 1 with red VC pad, via pc at speed 5
Pro Polish by hand

Did not wetsand! I let the products do all the work.

i hate working on some of those older lights that have the 3 adjustment points on them. I worked on some that could cut you if you brush up against them just right.

What do you guys recommend to seal and protect headlights? I would like to see some different regimes that you guys use.

How long did that take you? I believe some fine sandpaper would have saved you some time.

As far as protecting them after, I think Opti-Coat 2.0 has to be the new standard for that...in the recent chat it was rumored that a smaller syring was going to be available targeted directly at headlight restoration.
