Well being that my friend is Managing the dealership we just bought our new Equinox, and I spoke to the owner of the dealership, they agreed to let us use their facilities for our event.
They will give us water to wash and electricity for our pc's and rotarys and we can even have a bbq out back :D
They've also offered a few demo cars to practice on :eek
Now I need to know how many people plan on attending, you may also let other sites know of this, and we can either pick Saturday the 17th or Sunday the 18th of July for this event.
Anyone who is thinking of coming please respond ...others please do not...:rolleyes:
 
Awesome Steve!!! I am in for either day. I am assuming we will be able to purchase PB products on location. Wanna make sure I bring enough money!!!!
 
lol...yes I'll bring my van that's loaded with stuff, but it's not my goal to have buying day:)

I know that. However, it would be very convenient to "pick up" on site.

Man I cannot tell you how psyched I am for this.

oh yeah it will be at Rockland County Chevrolet / Buick located on route 9W in Haverstraw NY ..I'll post direction s as we get closer to the date..but it's about 5 minutes off of the Palisades interstate Pkwy..

ps I saw a black Vette there that had been abused by a rotary:bigscream...
 
Count me in as well. Either day is good so far.

Should we plan to pitch in with barbeque supplies (food, utensils, etc.)?

True, but they can bring non-perishables like potato chips. :dunno
 
Once we find out exactly who is coming maybe another thread with what to bring and people can sign up for different things. Otherwise, bring what you would like to eat, with extra and we can have a smorgasbord eating each others food.
 
Anybody like Maryland Crab meat or Maryland cream of Crab!!!!!!!! Will have it on ice-cold container!!! for the drive of course!!!!!!!!!!

I love Maryland crab meat but most recipes call for mustard powder which I am allergic to:( as well as dairy products in the cream of crab:boohoo
 
I live in NJ, its about an hour and 40 minutes from me. I would certainly like to attend but is this event open to anyone? How many people are expected to attend? Would you like to have everyone pay some sort of entry fee to cover all the costs involved?
 
yes , you are invited too...:) we would like to keep it limited to on-line people, from any site, who we would like to put faces to the names... my wife wanted to put an ad in the paper :eek, but if it got that large there would be little time for personal interaction and instruction, as many people want to share how to use the products to their fullest extent...families are welcome, but there won't be a lot to do for kids, there is a MacDonalds accross the street with a playground in it:dunno there is NO FEE...I will supply all the products to be used, you just need to bring your hands, pc, rotary and your own microfiber(that won't be supplied) :D
