poli seal is an aio, so it's an all-in-one. That means it cleans and seals, so no...

It'll clean the black hole right off the car.

So if you want to use poli seal, then do it before the black hole
or do black hole, then the order would be

black hole
seal
cure
wax
 
You have to use sealant and wax on top of Black Hole to get any life out of it. Black Hole on top of sealant wouldn't last 2 days.
