Polys Clear-Tech system

Sounds like a version of Optimum No Rinse to me.

Your right Scott, I thought it could be used as a wash/ detailer and neat as a sealant but on reading it again it does look like an ONR variation.

Mentioned on a Jaguar forum, has anybody heard of or used it ?

What type of sealant is it ?

Poly's Clear-Tech System

I was the one that posted the user review on the Jaguar forum...I have been using it over the last 2 weeks on a trial basis since seeing it at SEMA for the first time. I have tried the ONR product, gen 1 & 2, and others that are out there as well. For over 25 years I have been using the conventional method of washing using a pressure washer. Due to certain city and county restrictions which are getting worse everyday, I set forth to develop a low voltage, low pressure detailing caddy that enables me to use the Poly's R/O mix.

This vehicle that was detailed is a 2004 BMW 645CI that got hammered by our heavy California storm in October......I was completely amazed at how effortless and easy this product worked on these very expensive HRE wheels that were "Toast"...Never have I ever had a product that was so user friendly on wheels, that didn't make me gag, choke or make my skin irritate...most wheel cleaners are harsh....this stuff was awesome. When the wheels were rinsed they actually looked like they had been waxed or sealed.....nope that was Poly's....Mist, dwell, wipe, rinse and see the beading action for yourself!

From a nasty baked on brake dust to a waxed like finish with this neutral ph product.....with very little or no effort.....

One word describes how Poly's left these wheels "Unbelievable"

Here is a photo of the vehicle, it had not been detailed in over 6 months and who know how long ago it was washed, plus it got hit by the nasty storms here in October.....before my Poly's wash and prep....

Thank you for viewing....Happy Holiday's

So how does it work? I see you have a spray bottle. Do I need to mix it with 2 gallons of water and use a sponge/wash mitt? Or can I literally just use it like a quick detailer?
