Polishing

so i i guess i won't dilute it then. can i use that also to clean my trim for black wow? or is it not safe for rubber, plastic, vinyl

I've been looking at videos of rotary buffering...how come they move around in all directions? its not like a pattern like the flex and pc videos they go from left-right-left up-down-up

when people say it took 2 passes what does that mean? they went over the same spot twice with one application? or does it mean they did 2 applications?

I got a friend that had his hood repainted then was buffed with a rotary...in the sunlight theres some big *** swirls, i guess its hazy REAL bad (that guy that said he would teach me...guess ill just learn from online lol) the swirls are like 3" thick lol

how can i fix it for him with my flex?

It's usually OK but I never use it for that. Be careful, no guarantees it won't mess things up.

You just need to study up on this. Read posts (search on Dave KG, he did a great write-up), stufy online videos, think about it until you understand everyting involved. Then try it, thinking all the time. But don't try it until you have a complete understanding of what's going on.

People use both meanings. I use the latter, but others like SuperBee364 use the former. Sorry, we're just not consistent about it and both sides think *their* version makes the most sense ;)

I'd find somebody else to teach you and to do your car. That sounds really, really bad.

Just polish them out the way you would any other marring/scratch.
