Polishing billet?

So the truck I have has been sitting needless to say, for awhile, and my Boyds look BADDDD. I was wondering what steps you think I should take to bring thiese guys back to life. The wheels do have some preety good oxidation on them and will be cleaned really well then followed up with some AIO before going to the final polish. Anyone have any good metal polish that I should try and also has anyone used Mother new Powerball. Looks pretty promising, but I'd love to hear from someone who has really used one.

xsf: depending upon the level of oxidation, you might need to start with a more aggressive metal polish like Wenol Red, followed by Wenol Blue or Mother's Billet Cream (the new Meg's NXT Metal polish works well too).

Powerball: I bought and tried this tool for use on my Team III Halibrands. It's a little big for my use due to the wheel centers being "as cast". The best application for the powerball is the inner rim which is polished (and deep). The best method for using this tool is to smear your polish in the rim and work the Powerball until the polish is almost completely diminished.

All-in-all, it's a good product, but way overpriced (would be a great tool for $10).

It should work very well on the Coddington's due to the surface area you are trying to polish.

I agree on the Powerball. It is a good tool, but overpriced. $10-12 would be more reasonable. I had a hard time forking over the $22 I did for it, but it worked wonders on my oxidized diamond plate truck box.
