...should i stick with the lambswool washmitt or go to a microfiber washmitt??

Not really an either/or choice. A good lambswool mitt will be soft enough, but the MF ones are *very* nice too. The only problem with the MF mitt is that it can really "hold onto" some kinds of dirt; some stuff just doesn't rinse out very easily.

Whichever type of mitt you use, have several on hand so you can switch to a clean one if you have trouble rinsing anything out.

You might try using the lambswool one for the lower areas and the MF one for the top surfaces (which tend to have less really nasty dirt). Or use the lambswool one first and then do a follow-up with the MF one.

ok i'll get a couple more washmitts... also doesnt seem that the nxt insane tire shine is on sale till late feb. it says?? too bad.... i didnt know that #16 will be discontinued?? thats ashame.... i guess 26 is better for my black anyway

ok.. they talk about using #26 as an LSP that is good for dark colored cars and went to meg's site to buy but my question is this, is no. 26 a paste wax like no. 16 or is it a liquid??

Both! You can get #26 in either liquid or paste form. What I can't comment on is whether one varient is better than the other, or whether it's just a question of preference.

the poorboys order came today!!! wow so fast!!! ordered yesterday and they shipped it same day!!! wow/....

well, my question is if u guys can take a look at my methods, this is the combo i will go with?? clay, then poorboys ssr 2.5 with pc, then 80 with pc, followed by 81 maybe, not sure about that, maybe someone could make a suggestion there, then nxt and 26 to end,

i will be working on the car over time to really get that deep shine that scottwax has on his, i know i will not achieve this is one day, including getting all the swirls out. what are some good combos to come back to after that intitial detail i mentioned above to keep work up on the paint to get it into that next level, where people say they have spent 20 hours plus into it?? i'm sure people are going to have some different combos that worked for them.

just for a refresher, i have an 03" acura cl type s, nighthawk black pearl

thanx in advance

For my CL (same color), after the initial detail, I plan to maintain it with vanilla moose, wolfgang sealant, and then s100.

ATTN SCOTTWAX:

i read in one of your last post that u did shoker sealantx2 and pink wax x3, did u apply by hand or g100, also over how long of a period did it take u to do this???

thanx
