Polished yesterday

It might be hard for you to see this, but there are many orange specs on my paint. Tiny rust spots, and they are all over my rear hatch, doors, and bumpers.

I used sfx-2 with a green pad, 2-3 times depending on how bad each panel was. Then followed up with AIO, and then UPP. I'm probably going to apply another coat of UPP next week, but heres a quick shot after I polished those rust spots out.

oh and here's my tailpipe, I wish I had taken a before shot.

I knew WRX's were known to handle well but dang yours is even sticking to the ground upside down! :lol



What did you use to polish the exhaust tips? All I've used so far is EO cotton wads that are in the can. It worked ok but I think I need something else to shine up my tips.

I love it, the oval tip looks hot, and it has a nice deep rumble. Pretty quiet compared to alot of other exhuast available for my car when driving around town, but at WOT its effin loud.

i used meguiars gold class metal polish ( i think that's what it is called ) buffed it with a terry application pad. I went through three pads boths sides were black. Also used a small brush to get the inner oval. If I spent some more time on it i could probably get the whole inner piece to shine too but I couldn't get anything to fit in between the two oval pieces.

I did clay. but the clay wasn't going to remove the rust. You couldn't feel them, they were more like stains.

axle back, or the prodrive mid pipe too? because the axle back isn't loud at all IMO on an otherwise stock car
