Polish Bottle?

They are on the list there on the site. Like 9.00 for 12.

Norah did an awesome job making her bottles. I ordered some of those labels this morning to mine up with.

I just placed a dummy order at the SKS link to see what the shipping was. On at 20.00. 1.2lb order, the shipping was a stupid 12.85! You have to be kidding me.

I'll continue to look further.

I think someone mentioned this place, not sure, anyway, there is a place in Frederick Maryland called "Michaels" it appears to be a Arts and Crafts type store. I went in there today and they had flip-top containers in the 2oz size for $.69, I picked up a few. They didn't have 4oz.

Another thing, while reading a "LOT" of posts on this web site I have seen mentioned that usually only 1oz of product is used/recommended for the average size vehicle, which would make a 2oz bottle fine. I believe I read this when someone was talking about Klasse products, whether this would be the same for Polish I don't know because I have NO practical experience, just what I read.

Can anyone answer this please?

Forgot to add Michaels is a chain type store so there might be one in your area, or another type crafts store.

Hope this helps.

On my 4 oz bottles the hole is right at 1/8" (I checked it with a drill bit) and the 2 oz bottle has a little smaller hole. While the 2 oz hole is smaller at about 5/64", it is still larger than the one in my first generation Optimum polish bottle (which IMO is too small).

AIO and SG would be no problem at all.... they are pretty thin to start with. I haven't used these for compounds yet (I don't buy it by the gallon ;) ), but the 4 oz and larger bottles should be fine.Good find Justin, they don't have those at our Wal-Mart yet, I was just checking the other night. I have gotten a 4 pack of the 3 oz bottles there before.

LOL, all us big time detailers buy by the gallon :wow:

Thanks for the hole size info.

Justin, thanks for the information on the 4oz bottles at Wal-Mart. There is one of there super stores near me, I'll check it out (after Christmas), it's just to dangerous in there right now ;)

usplastics.com has all sorts of plastic bottles, dispenser caps, sprayers, chemical resistant sprayers, buckets, grit guards, etc. No minimum order quantity and really fair prices.

Ditto. usplastics is a great source. I also like the ones from Top of the Line.

Nuke33, that is a pretty nice setup.

I bought on of those cheap plastic tool box's at Lowe's (Plano 22 inch) to keep everything in, from the PC to the bottles, polish, towels, etc,.

As for the bottles at WM I found them! You have to go to area where women buy coloring for there hair etc,. They were sold separately for $0.97, highest quality I have seen, about 4 to 6 oz (estimate). Women use them to put there hair coloring in to apply, (courtesy of my neighbors wife).

They have flip tops, that have sort of a "double snap" to close the bottle and are oval, way better than everything we/everyone has found so far.

The Container Store also has a good selection. I think their shipping is pretty reaonable ($6 IIRC), and if you live near one, it's free! :)

Hey Nuke 33, where'd ya get that bag? It's pretty nice!

The bag was from target, it was the meg X-mas gift set bag ;)

Changeling, my mom is a hair dresser, and the coloring bottles like the meg disspenser bottles but they didnt have a cap :( so i didnt get them.

Sorry for the delay in the response forgot to check this haha
