Polish Angel High Gloss

I`m thinking about this stuff for my red Trans Am for Friday cruise nights....

Is it basically like a quick detailer that adds some "bling"?

Does it offer any sort of protection at all?

I`m thinking it would need to be used over a wax or sealant correct?

POLISHANGEL® | HIGH GLOSS - the newest spray for more gloss magic!

HIGH GLOSS is the most effective gloss enhancer on the market. It is composed of special polymers, silica, and an extremely high content of titania, the most reflective element known to man.

Expect a durability of up to seven months. HIGH GLOSS can be used as a drying aid, maintenance spray, or standalone sealant with good prep.

I`ll be using it on cars with coatings, likely similar to Kamikaze Overcoat and/or Gyeon Cure.

It is definitely NOT a qd.

It`s a spray and wipe coating (think reaload but better in every way.)

Not sure on durability yet.

mine has lasted almost a week so far (without me topping it)

ha

how`s that for durability?

hey this is NO QD.. this is a SHINE ADDER ONLY and yea I`d imagine it protects for a few months.. i`m testing long term durability on my trucks roof actually

Just recd today, quick wipedown with Gyeon Prep, 2 coats PA High Gloss about 2.5hrs apart, garage at about 60 degrees. Methinks it looks glossier, will see for sure tomorrow in sunlight after overnite curing.

In last month or so car has got 2 layers Kamikaze Miyabi + 1 layer Kamikaze ISM, 2 layers Kamikaze Overcoat, 1 coat Gyeon Wetcoat, 1 coat Gyeon Cure and now 2 coats PA High Gloss. Think it`s time to lay off the poor thing for a bit.

Will do the PA High Gloss x 2 on black WRX and black Corvette Sunday and see how those come out.

I`ve found that the Gyeon BaldWipe towels folded up into about a 4" X 6" size make an excellent applicator for things like Cure/Overcoat/High Gloss...really any kind of "spritz`" product. Sprayed on the folded towel, the low nap doesn`t soak up excess product and applies it to surface very evenly/efficiently.

im not a big believer in products making a difference on a nicely prepped surface... but this is gooood stuff. very glossy and super simple to use. nice beading too(it already rained after I applied it)

Hopefully it holds up.

I just got some of this for Christmas, but I have to say I`m not having much luck with it. It seems like no matter what sort of microfiber towel I use, it just soaks it up and I don`t see any getting laid down on the surface. I finally just decided to use a suede microfiber with a coating applicator. That seemed to give me the best use of product, but it does make it a bit more complex to apply. Any one else have any tips for this?

Low nap towels good for application; Gyeon BaldWipe towels excel in this kinda task.

I would just use a microfiber applicator. It works great. Then run over surface with a towel after. It uses less product.

How about those orange CarPro microfiber application towels? I use them to wipe down coating products with success.

The microfiber suede cloths that I have are almost identical to those. They seemed to work the best for me so far.

I actually purchased a couple of those for this purpose, but they seemed to soak most of it up too.

Anyone have a half panel before and after pics?

Sorry, I don`t. So far I`ve only tried it on my alpine white Z4. I can`t say that it seems any glossier than when using Wolfgang sealant or Adam`s H20 Guard & Gloss. Maybe it will look nicer on other colors, but at the moment I can`t say I see what all the fuss is about.
