My wife just called. She is on the way back from a week long trip from her Mothers house.
Said she was driving and seen a BIG SUV. A Lincoln Navigator. Said it must have at least 22 inch rims. Real nice she said. All Modded up.

She seen "Police Lights" in the front window.
When it passed her, it had vinyl letters on the back window. She said it said this....(similar to this)

I imagine they are using it for a DARE vehicle
 
Try searching the internet. I've seen pictures of that exact SUV your talking about. It's White with Bling rims and writing all over it. Pretty funny
 
I always miss stuff like that, If anyone finds a picture of it, I would like to see it.
