what products and steps are to be used when using po85rd
can you offer a good prep combination for the po85rd?

example: wash, clay, ssr & then po85rd? would you use a lsp over this polish. i would like to properly use the product in order to get the best result's possible.

On many vehicles, depending on the condition, I will do this:

Heavy Swirling
-Wash
-Clay
-Menzerna Powergloss via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @ 1500 rpm
-Menzerna PO 85RD via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1500 rpm
-LSP

Moderate Swirling
-Wash
-Clay
-Optimum Polish via rotary and LC Cutting Pad @ 1200 rpm
-Menzerna PO 85RD via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1500 rpm
-LSP

Light Swirling
-Wash
-Clay
-Menzerna PO 85RD via rotary and LC Finishing Pad @ 1500 rpm
-LSP

You sound pretty excited. I think I'm just going to wait for the new Blackfire polishes to come out.

Oh yea, THIS is what I'm waiting for! 997 Carrera S with Aero Kit! CLose to what I ordered. My Carrera S will have PCCB's and standard "S" wheels.

That is one fine automobile.
I would also have to agree. Nothin beats the real deal.

Definitely a sharp looking car. I understand though that the Blackfire version of the polishes will have extra lubricants so that you can work the polish longer. Also, I'm thinking this might help out with the dusting everyone talks about. So, maybe this does beat "the real deal." I can't say because I haven't tried either yet. I'll have to reserve judgement.

If you need to use 4 bottles of that stuff on your Porsche than you need to seriously rethink your washing and drying techniques. Once I polish out the defects on my cars they only need a mild polish once a year if that. Usually it's just the horizontal surfaces that need it becuase the marring if any is so mild it's not visible on the vertical surfaces and this is on daily drivers that see winter. 4 bottles of polish would last me a life time. Besides if you actually used 4 bottles of that stuff on your car I seriously doubt you would have any paint left.

Wow four 32 oz bottles.. I use less the 1/2 oz on a civic and almost an oz for something like a 3/4 ton Pu with topper.
I was told by a distributer that 85 hasnt been manufactured in a year, maybe it has a long shelf life.
One of the six new Blackfire products will be the newest version of 106FF..has nothing to do with the discontinued 85RD.

Thats kinda funny because I was told the shelf life was only a year. They probably tell you that so you will buy more. 2 distrubtors I have talked to said they are constantly getting it and one contacted the Germany office for me.

QUESTION!! I dont see where you told anybody where they can get this stuff since you just found some ,some where.
Also wouldnt you get the same effect using p0106ff or ff II if you used a different pad or no?
