Please help. My hood crashed down on a tool putting 2 dime size bumps on my hood.

I have an older car that I was right about to sell so this is a bad time for this to happen. I dont really want to put much money in to the car before selling it.



My hood crashed down on a tool putting 2 dime size bumps on my hood. Any ideas on punching them back down?
 
Thanks for the reply. I used a PDR from this board on my dads car and he did a very good job but the car I will be selling is pretty old and cheap so I dont want to put even $100 or more in to it right now. I was hoping there was something I could do myself. :)
