Please help me. I'm in the Middle East and need some advice

I've bought a white SUV and I need some advice on a basic must-have list of products I should use here in the desert and extreme heat and sun to wash it, and help fend off the dreaded dust and those solar rays. It got to 50C in August this year and that has to be doing something bad to the car.....don't know what though so any tips and advice on products that can be shipped out of the US will be most appreciated.
