Hi,
Well i was working on my jet ski today trying to get it looking new again. Well i have it looking good except for one small spot. I was working on the front compartment on top there a painted red trim piece that houses the gauges. Well i sprayed some clear coat on it because the sticker that was on the plastic was starting to break. Well i had some excess clear i did not want so i started polishing with orange m105 and all was well until i found a spot i could get off. So i proceeded to polish with too much pressure and burning a small piece of the trim, probably 1". It looks like i told a match to it. Well i continued to polish around it to see if i could cut it down. It worked at little but at the rate it was going it would take days. So could i wet sand it or something different. What to do?
