Pinnacle Waterless Wash with Carnauba Review

Great review! I have one question. How does it compare to the other waterless washes in terms of dust attraction?

I don't know that you will notice any major difference in dust attraction. But because it has nuba in it it "may" attract a little more than others like UWWP.

I have a question that may sound silly - but here goes: how is this a waterless wash if you have to mix 1 part of the solution with 32 parts of water? It seems to me the correct term is a rinseless wash - even though they call it waterless.

That doesn't diminish the review though. Nice work!

The concentration of a product can change the mix ratio. Pinnacle WW+C simply calls for a 32:1 mix ratio for rinse less washing.

Thanks for doing this. Once I'm done with all my products I'm going all Pinnacle WW & RW in gallons. Most cost effective way out there.

I love this product. I always go back and forth between this and UWWP. Can't lose with any of them really.

Waterless wash doesn't mean you don't use water, it means you don't use water out of the hose.

Rinseless wash means you use water out of the hose, but you don't use water out of the hose to rinse.

Do you use their Rinseless wash as well? I'd be interested in seeing a comparison on ww vs rw. I searched and wasn't able to find one, but if you know of one already out there please let me know. Thanks

They are both excellent, but the WW is obviously meant to be sprayed on the panel, not soaked in the towel. Don't try to substitute one for the other, no good.

Don't let the high dilution fool you, the Pinnacle WW is the real deal. I usually soak the panel with PWW, then clean with PRW. It works well that way.

How "slick" does the Pinnacle Rinseless feel compared to UWW+ ?

Really interested in giving this a try now.

I may have to give this stuff a try! My car often gets really dusty between washes. Maybe this would be a good solution. I have never used one of these products other than PB Spray and Wipe. Would this be similar to that? Or is it for more dirt than S&W?

Never used it so don't want to say something that is not based off of experience sorry.maybesomeone else can chime in here

Thanks, by the way, the tip for mixing it in a gallon of distilled water is brilliant! Does it have plenty of shelf life mixed up that way?

Thanks! I actually got really frustrated with mixing and then that idea hit me. I think its worthy of its own thread one of these days lol.

I haven't noticed issues with any of my chemicals, and I mix them all like that :) I would say you're fine as long as you follow the same ideas with your normal chemicals (no huge temp fluctuations, no extreme temps, keep it sealed, etc)

Do you still like the Lowe's garden sprayer? Most of the reviews on Lowe's say that it doesn't last more than a few months before it starts leaking, won't hold pressure, falls apart, etc.

Home Depot also has a good one available. And if you have an orchard supply hardware near you they sell pump sprayers sometimes on sale for $6. :rockon
