Pinnacle Terry Cloth Pads

Does anyone use these?

I got some yesterday, and the initial quality is terrible. Haven't even used them, but after the first wash, I noticed two major problems.

1) The stitching around the pad is really bad, the ends haven't been looped back so it is very weak, leading to the next problem:

2) After hand washing the pads and machine air drying (no heat), the stitching on the ends of the pad broke. The inner foam is now visible.

I don't know what I can do with these pads, except maybe sew them back up myself. :(
 
That sucks. I would contect where ever you bought them from and inform them of the problem . Let us know how you make out if you do . Good luck
 
Never used them, but contacting the vendor sure seems like a good idea.
They can't correct your problem or avoid any future problems unless they know about it.
