I just read Todd's thread on posting pics and what a detailed explanation. Thank you for that. My question is how are you all getting the little pictures under your user name??

Its just an Avatar. If you go into your control panel it will let you upload one from your computer. You can search for them on the Internet to find one that suits you.
 
What I did was click gallery and in the drop down list click my albums. I create an album then when you upload a picture of your choice make sure to put it into the album that you created. Once you have the picture you want to use downloaded into an album on this site I copy the URL. Now click on User CP. Now click on edit avatar, it is part way down the column on the left side under your control panel. It should give you 2 options. If you upload a photo to this site and have copied the URL (address for it) paste it into option one. Or you can download one from your computer by using option #2 and click browse to find it on your computer.

Just an FYI, I create an album because it is easier for me to find the photos later on rather than just uploading them into the gallery.
