Frankie,

Big Lots had it for $1 a bottle. I bought 25 bottles of the "pink topped" one and about 15 bottles of the unscented.

3m is discontinuing the Refresh - so Big Lots was "closing it out". I think it normally retails for $10-$14 per bottle.

I use Refresh sometimes for dressing interior vinyl when I'm going for that "satin rich" look. The scent of the pink topped isn't really as overpowering as I thought it'd be...

How do you NOT burn something? It generates heat, and can cause more damage in the blink of an eye than could be delivered in the lifetime of the car.

It just scares me, I would love to use one though, they can make a car perfect.

damm on the spot how come i never get deals like that around my neck of the woods lol hey more power to ya i would be buying the case my self if they were closing out around here.

auto stores locally sell those babies full price.

I just ment you probley wouldent do any harm if you took it easy the first time with a mild compound and not alot of pressure or speed. I remeber when i got my rotary I never used anything before and used a cutting pad and Menzerna Products but never had a problem with more swirls or Burning the Paint I did get the buffer marks the first couple of times though got rid of them later by wetting the pads more. Some might argue with that but thats the way I did I watched the Meguiars Detailing video also it was pretty helpfull with all of the Motions and other tips while working with the rotary.

I for sure would like to get my hands on a Makita and give it a whirl (pun intended), but I am so afraid I would screw up.
