a 4 hour photoshoot and this is the end result...

I basically went all over the city (phoenix/scottsdale) a few nights ago finding some places to take pics....beautiful 70 degree evening...

these are preview pics so the quailty is considerably reduced...

camera: canon s45

i varied the exposure but mostly are around 1.5-2 seconds, except for the garage shots. aperture is around 2.8-3. and of course the basic tripod to maintain the setups....

for absolutely mongo and very high quailty pics, hit up my gallery (when you click on each pic you will see a link for "full size photo")

In Vancouver we do have nice spots where we can take car pics but not as good as yours . Very nice :bow!!

Thank you for the comments! And the rating!

I truly love this car....done a lot of mods to it on the inside and out...sitting at ~192hp right now. the wheels are ADR M Classic 17x7.5 running on goodyear eagle f1's.

i wanted to shoot unique photos that were a balance of composition and lighting to enhance the car in the beautiful surroundings we have here. i love the glow of night photography and really enjoyed doing this shoot.

Eeek I bet He(?) hates to hear that. I never want to hear someone call my car "cute"

:nono

:D i'm used to it by now :) the upside is i've never had a car that people actively came up to me and commented on before...or watch as i drive by....to be honest, at least one person a day asks me what it is...

thank you again for the wonderful compliments :)

Awesome pics there :bow :bow :bow

The 2 that stand out are the black and white pic and your mini under the single street light......fantastic

WOW ... you should really seriously consider selling some of those to BMW for their next customer Bimmer Magazine layout.

The one where the 4313 shows in the picture from the building is awesome as is the single light pole one. I also like the blue Palm Tree's one as well.

What do you do for a profession? If I were you, I'd jump to a photography career dude. Excellent composition, style and camera work.

The S45 is a nice camera but wow do you know how to use it.

Oh yeah, super mini. Hell, you got me wanting to rush out to the nearest Mini dealer and getting myself one!
