Pics of my day at a Ferrari restoration shop...250 californias galore

I posted this under detailing instead of Product Reviews, sorry for the double post. This morning I tried out my new Neatitems.com 24" x 46" MF towel to dry my car. Until now, I have been using the Water Bandit which did a good job but required frequent wringing out and needed to be followed up with an MF cloth to get the missing spots. Also for vertical panels, the water bandit or the absorber it is hard to get all the left over water beads. I ordered 3 large MF towels from neatitems after trying one to replace my Charisma bath towel I use for showering. The neatitems towels are plush and soft but lightweight compared to Charisma 100% cotton towels. After washing the car, I took the large MF folded it in quarters and started to dry. The results were UNBELIEVEABLE! I could not believe how well it wicked up the water, left no water spots or trails whatsoever! I did not even have to wring it once during the entire time I dried the car! Autopians, I am serious, this was the fastest way to dry my car with no wringing, no follow up towels, etc. I know there are other large MF towels as well, they may be just as good, I am sticking with Neatitems for now. You have got to try one of these, I guarantee you will be amazed.:up

<strong class='bbc'>Is it the EXACT same material as the 15" X 15" Terry towel just in a larger size towel? [/b]</blockquote>
Sure is.:)

Glad to hear you like the big Neatitems towels. I am a fan of Neatitems towels (Mint Green Ones). For the price they are tough to beat. IMO one of the best values in MF out there today.:up

:up let me ask u something dood....like SRL was saying...i too have alot of neatitems and i mostly use their mint green ones....is the huge MF you got similar in plushness to that...i mean is it like a huge green one...just curious......thx

I just got some of the neatitems last week. I got the mint green 15x15 and the mint green 24x46 and they are the exact same cloths just different sizes.

FLONI Bro,
Yes the mintgreen (light green color) is the plushest of the large size followed by yellow, white, dark green and light blue. I used the yellow one on my car yesterday, it was amazing. When I order from neatitems and want only the plushest of the lot, I just request "the plushest color" and Steve always sends the plushest ones. I got an assortment to compare and even the least plush neatitem is better than most other MF's. All my 15 x 15 size for the car are the mint green ones.;)

i cant seem to find the larger size MF towels on neatitems.com i only see the smaller ones like the 15x15 and 12x12... can someone give me a direct link to it?

Wow, that place is busting at the seams with F-Cars. Amazingly the paint looked pretty good on them :wizard:

Thanks for posting David. Looks like an intresting day indeed :)

Wow! What it must be like to work at a place like that, very rewarding I would imagine. That would be an AMAZING client to have locked down, never ending Ferraris, both a dream and a nightmare!

Are those factory Enkei wheels on the F50? They look very... strange. But they still blend in.

All I can say is JACKPOT! now there you go, just leave your cards there and see what comes down the road when they all need a detail when their ready to go home to their owners.
