very interested .. in defect removal on a hard clear like a vw or audi. cause that is what cars i do the most.. i am thinking about getting a cyclo.

While I'm a *huge* fan of the Cyclo, I'd try 4" pads on the PC if you already have that. It was Audi clear that finally drove me to buy a rotary, the Cyclos just didn't cut it. I've found the PC/4" combo is actually *more* aggressive than the Cyclo, but it sure does take a while. If hard clear is the issue, a rotary might be the real answer. Heh heh, not that I want to discourage anybody from buying a Cyclo or anything, I just don't want somebody to have an unrealistic expectation of what it can do.

Even with the Cyclo and an orange pad, removing scratches from my VW proved to be very difficult. The hard clear has made me want to move up to the rotary.



It might depend though on how old the cars are. I've heard (but don't know for sure) that older models are easier to correct.
