Pick me a sealant or wax for red.

Souveran is a beauty wax and will only last about a month. Also, very oily, so will attract a lot of dust.

On my avatar I use Pinnacle Soverign but my car is a covered garage queen and yes it draws dust but it does make my 11 year old red paint POP!

Legacy99 - Thank you for the heads up I appreciate it. PS has been on my Miata either over exp or 845 and topped every two months with the PS during the summer then covered and off the road in winter so it's just a fun car, not a lot of miles each summer.

Cajunfirehawk - Nice ride, PS does the same to the SS paint on my Miata!

Prep is the key here. None of the LSP's listed will look good w/o proper prep.

You mean I can't just whip out the Flex with a dirty pad and start polishing first thing? Trust me, the proper prep will be done on this car.

I recently used Black Fire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection on a 1996 Torch Red vette (if that is the same color as the one you are talking about) and it made the color pop like no other wax or sealant I have used on it before (18 years of ownership).

(of course, I have not tried every single wax or sealant known to man :) , but you get the idea....)

You've owned a 1996 vehicle for 18 years?

Four Star UPP and WG v2.....

This is what I was going to say for sealants and for a wax if this is a bright red pinnacle SII or DP maxwax. Clearkote CMW would look great as well with a slight darkening affect.
