Yup, HDR..I used Photomatix to do a conversion.

Damm....I trade you with all the skyscraper and you give me all those mountains. :2thumbs:
 
You guys are really making me want to find some extra time to get back in to photography, it's been too long. Amazing work!
 
You should jump back in Blue.. So dang relaxing after the 50 hr plus workweek.

Yah, after 50hrs of work and go out for a 2-3 hrs of photo shooting does relax you. It sure beat buffing for 8 hrs on the car :sadpace:



I was a Sandy Hook, NJ.. These shots was taking the day after the Nor-Easter.. I was here like 5:45am in the morning and the wind was still gusting like 40mhp.. Talk about hard core shooter.

D80 on a Sigma 10-20EX HSM UWA lens..Hehe and you thought polisher and wax has alot or acronyms.



The 2 shots from above was shot at 10mm.. On the 1st picture you can see the warpage(distortion) on the boardwalk. You can't really do much about it, 'cause at that focal length, everything will look distorted.

Barnegat Lighthouse...

I was here like 6:10am in the morning and the sky looks like overcast and alots of thick clouds around it. I was hoping for some puffy one and blue sky.. Oh well, you cant always get what wanted when comes to mother nature.

The original sky didn't look nice, it was pretty much white, blown out and hazy so I PS a different sky in that I took a couple days later. Other than that just minor level adjustments to the balloons in PS.
