Nimble said:Wow man those are great pics! And the ironic thing is that I'm going on that same ship the end of June to the same spots in Mexico! How ironic. Did you like the cruise? I've been on one a few years back to the Caribbean on a RC Explorer of the Seas ship.
jfelbab said:I didn't take the cruise. I was staying at the Golden Crown Paradise in Puerto Vallarta which is fairly close to the cruise ship dock. I just snapped these from my room.
Don't know how much time you have in PV but it's a short cab ride into the city and the Malecon, a mile long boardwalk lined with bronze statues overlooking Banderas Bay.
Stop for lunch at Pipi's for the best Margarita's, fahitas and guacamole in the city.

sevenrd said:The Ghibli Museum's pretty cool. It's basically in Tokyo, just more precisely in Mitaka. I've mostly visited the Tokyo area, but have also been once to Kyoto, Nara & Osaka via the bullet train from Tokyo - which was awesome.![]()
klumzypinoy said:Woo nice. Hmm I've been to a temple for a field trip in elementary school, but I forgot what it's called. You get to go inside the Buddha for like 10 yen. I don't remember much in TOkyo except the Rainbow Bridge, and every Christmas we'd go to this hotel for a Christmas party with my dad's co workers. What's your favorite place?
