"Perfect Wheel Brush" from Poper Auto Care?

In any case, I went with the meguiar's versa... I've head so many good things about it here figured it'd be a safe bet.
 
When I was on vacation in Williamsburg, VA this spring, I went into a big lots and got 5 of the Meg's versa angle brushes and the last body brush they had... :D

That's looks like my beloved Mr. Clean lambswool brush made by Carrand (got mine from Big Lots). After trying the E-Z detail brush (long, pliable, soft enough but sparse bristles and black spots flying everywhere while I'm using it), I'll probably cave and get my replacement from TOL.



Any recommendations for other items I should get from TOL?
 
That IS the Mr Clean brush. If you look closely you can see Mr Clean himself on the grey tip of the handle.

I didn't know that. It must be why they showed up at Big Lots for cheap prices.



I bought enough of everything including the versa brush and the carpet nap brushes, vent brushes to last the rest of my detailing life
 
I use the OXO Spoke Wheel Brush, as well as the OXO Ergonomic Wheel Brush. I can hoenstly say they've outlasted any other brush I've had, and are for more gentle. Im a firm believer in them now :)

I like the OXO wash brush for my wheels (so far no issues with the feather tip wearing out though if I had to do it over, I would have reserved the wash brush for the interior and gotten the wheel brush for the wheels). I haven't tried the OXO spoke brush. Have you had Meg's spoke brush to compare it with? Is the stiff scrub brush on the tip helpful or does it need to be used with care to prevent scratches?



I'm fond of Mr. Clean's lambswool spoke brush when I'm doing weekly washes since it removes brake dust comes off pretty easily from behind the wheel face without black spots flying everywhere like with a brush. I imagine if I get too busy to wash regularly though, I may need a gentle scrubbing action to clean the wheels completely.

Got my replacement Mr. Clean sheepskin spoke brush from TOL in two days, now that's service! :xyxthumbs Can't believe how much I'm looking forward to using it this weekend - no more flying black spots! :woot2: (I know, I know, I need to get a life :grinno:)
