I just got back from the seminar with a friend that joined me...I must thank Gary for sharing his time and valuable experience with everyone (forgot to mention, it was FREE). There was about 20 or so people of all different levels there. There was also FREE chips, cookies, and sodas for all. To those of you that think you know it all, I would still recommend attending one of Gary's classes. Sometimes all it takes is a refresher in something that you may think is so basic, but will improve your results immensly.
To those just getting into detailing, DEFINATELY go to Gary's class, bring plenty of paper and a pen, and prepare to learn. I know I learned a lot, and have been lurking Autopia for over a year. Not to discredit any opinions heard here on Autopia, but it helps to learn process and product selection from someone that depends on it for their livelyhood, as opposed to a weekend detailer who might have spent 80.00 on a 8oz tub a wax to see how many times they can layer it before their arm falls off. :nana:
Did anyone else that posts here attend today? I was the big guy up front to the right, and my friend to my left. I will certainly be scheduling the second class that Gary mentioned, and am looking forward to learning much more from him.
Gary, thanks again for the recipe for the glass cleaner. :secret We'll be in contact soon!
Pete
