I stopped by a subcontractor of my Dad's today and while I was there I noticed a bottle of Collinite Saphire liquid wax. Now, I've noticed this bottle before. I just took a closer look today. It's been sitting there for 5 or more years. The bottle was half full and the contents had seperated. About 1/3 at the bottom was the wax and about 2/3 was brownish solvent.

Kinda neat to see how much wax some of these products actually contain.

My data sheet from Collinite describes the 840 Saphire as a pre-wax cleaner, not a wax.



Lots of my older polishes/cleaners look sorta funky after they separate, but they always mix back up OK with some good shaking.
