PC speeds?

Hi all. My white pads from CMA just arrived, and I just had a question as to what speed to set my 7242 at.



I'll be applying Meg's #9 to my car using the PC, but I'm not quite sure what speed to set it on, or if it even matters.



Also, I wanted to apply Klasse AIO with the PC as well...and suggestion for the speed seting for that product too?

Generally, you can't go so fast with the PC that you do anything seriously wrong. If you DO go too fast for your product/conditions, it'll just dry out your product too fast. No big deal; you'll notice the product drying out, gripe about how it's tough to get the product off (use water or QD), then go a little slower the next time. I do polishing at 6, AIO at 5-6, waxing at about 4.5.

Okay, thanks for the replies, guys! I assume I should use the counterweight for the 6" pad, not the 5" counterweight included, correct?
