It seems like everyone recommends the pads from CMA, but I am a impaitiant guy that would prefer to get the pads locally, does anyone recommend another brand or what I should look for in a good pad. Thanks.

(oh yes velco back is a must)

Meguiar’s pads are sold locally in some areas. Try calling some auto parts and/or some body shop supply stores. I’ve only tried CMA and Griot’s so far but some prefer Meg’s.

Meguiars has a dealer locator on their web site. Go to their site and look under professional products.

good luck

The dealer locator or calling Meguiars Customer service does not work all that well. In my experience with using the locator or calling, it turned up in three places who no longer sell meguiars, or were out of business. The other store listed were Pep boys who locally has a limited selection of the tan bottles (6,7,9,26). I have better luck opening the yellow pages and calling around. YMMV

I have tried the meguiars pads, and prefer the pads from CMA better. I plan on trying pads from 3M, Griots, Farecla, and schlegel<sp> soon.

I believe the pads the from CMA are made by Lake Country, give them a call.
