PC pads

Which brand of pc pads do you all prefer to use? It looks like you can either get a flexible or velcro backing plate, is that true.

Not quite sure about your second question? Most of the velcro backing plates for the PC are "flexible"? Whatever the case, I think that would be the one you want.

As for the PC pads, I use Meguiar's pads.......... not necessarily because I prefer them, but because I've always had pretty good luck with them. That's not to say that some of the other pads are not good.............. I'm sure they are. I just haven't had the chance to try them.

Hopefully, somebody that has had a chance to compare several types of pads on the PC will stop by.

I have some meguiars, but I like LC VC the most. I get the best results from them, and that's because when I first started I used LC and got so used to them :D

Edge 2000 pads , there's no need to worry about backing plates becasue they use any . Best pads IMO by far ,along with best people that stand behind their products :bigups Do a search here you'll find tons of information about all the different pads available . Good luck

For PC I use LC 7.5in pads. They're the only pads I can run on speed 6 all day and not have them fall apart. All 6in pads that I've used have fallen apart, no matter what brand. For a rotory all I've ever used is Edge pads and don't see any reason to change.

Sorry to be such a rookie guys, but I searched and I am lost as hell when I see the terms LC and TOL. Could you help me out :dunno

I use the LC 7.5" pads. They work great and minimize the shooting out of polish. They also dont make it seem like an earthquake when your on speed 6.
