PC maintenance?

I need a new job
Just wondering if I should be doing any maintenance on my PC, lubricating anything, cleaning certain parts, etc.... I don't use it very often....yet. Maybe once every two-three weeks.
 
I haven't done anything but run mine into the ground for the last 4 or 5 years. It isn't showing any signs of breaking down anytime soon either. I would read the manual to find out if there are any recomended maintainence requirements, but as for me I have just thrown caution into the wind and used it just like I use any of my power tools.
 
I remember reading somewhere that the PC comes factory oiled for its lifetime without requiring any maintainance. (might of read it in the instructions)
