PC issues

Well I woke up this morning to the sound of my car alarm going off. Turns out a cat jumped from the roof of my house to the hood of my truck and now I have some nice claw marks going down the hood :hairpull The scratches are real light, so I got out the 7424 to try and take them out before work. But my PC was being weird, the pad wasn;t spinning around, only doin the internal small cirlces. :hm Instead of increasing my anger level I just left it and went to work early. I'm going to look at it in the morning and see if I can figure it out, but figured I'd post and see if any on else had any ideas.

The PC is still brand new, got it in August. It would spin in free air, but with its own weight on the hood it would stop.

Additional product may be needed for lube. The foam may be binding. I would assume were speaking of the hood, roof or rear deck. take some QD to slicken the area up also, then go with the polish and pad.....

That doesn't sound all that weird to me. With larger pads (6" and up) it doesn't take much pressure to make the PC bog down and just "jiggle" instead of doing true D/A motions and pressure usually *is* required to do any serious correction. That's a big part of why I only use it with 4" pads for correction, and generally turn to other machines anyhow ;)
