I did a search for the little carpet attachment for the PC. As it yells at me when I try and search for "PC" and further, as no one ever says "Porter-Cable," I couldn't find any relevant topics.

The little brush disc from CMA looked like a good idea for the carpets plus my newly discovered APC+. The question is, if I get full coverage with the spray and not just spot clean, will the cleaner come out without an extractor (ie: will simply wiping the area with clean towels take care of the dirt and residue)? After the last four years of trail dirt, ski slope chemicals, and river and ocean water, my floorboards are D-scusting with the capital "d."
While I have your attention, I know the dilution is 12:1, but what PC speed is adequate?
