Pc 7428 buffer?

I'm looking into getting a rotary within the near future and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Porter cable 7428 7" rotary buffer. Any advice would be great.

Ordinarily, I don't suggest searching since I think direct answers are a better way to go, but this time, I think a search will be to your benefit.
Just entering 7428 brings up about a dozen hits. One of them is your thread. Not so many to be mind boggling, but several to refer to.
