About a year ago i purchased my PC. I have yet to use it. I pulled it out today to use it. When I bought it they included what I believe they called a counter weight. Can anyone give me a little insight as to what I need to do to set this up and use it? The instructions don't seem to bee too helpful. I have 5 lake country pads I also got with it and a backing plate. Any help would be appreciated. If I am missing info just ask and Ill fill it in. Sorry for any ignorance.

Use the 5" counter weight with your 5.5" pads or the 6" for larger pads. There should be a counter weight attached to the pc. Do you have two, 5" and 6"?

I use the 6" counterweight with all pads from 3.5" on up. Most people can't discern *any* difference between the counterweights when using the PC with foam pads, so I really wouldn't worry about it.



Note that the original ideas behind the different counteweights area based on the PC spinning a single sheet of sandpaper, not a big foam pad wet with product.

just use the counterweight already on the PC, and use whatever backing plate and pads as needed...
