PC 7274x or similiar

where can I purchase one locally? I went to Autozone, Advance Autoparts and didn't see anything they did have another brand for $20 are these just as good?

no, stay away from those buffers (they don't have the power to remove defects like the PC and will most likely collect dust after it's first use) from autozone, walmart, etc.. you'll most likely have to purchase a PC online or you can check your phone book and see if there is any tool or detail shops that might have it, but will probably be more expensive...



autogeek, and exceldetail both have it and provide excellent service... :up
 
agreed. i bought a PC and now regret it. it does the job, but takes way too long to get results. im planning on upgrading to a flex in the spring.

....Al's comments were in regard to the $20 buffer the OP was thinking of getting in place of the PC. ....not the PC itself.



A PC can be quite effective with the right pads and products (although each scenario will obviously vary depending on the application). A Flex is definitely a nice step up though if that solution works in your situation.
